Best Practice

The MVPA recognises the need for production companies to observe Best Practice when dealing with Children and Animals and therefore advises members to peruse the relevant legislation below. Please note when looking at the "The Law on Filming with Children and forms for applying for a licence" document that some of the regulations have been amended so please also refer to "A simple guide to filming a commercial with children" which contains the amendments, with particular reference to hours at rehearsal and/or performance.
